Children burned to death in explosion at Manly West Public School

Paramedics have rushed to a primary school in Manly after several children were burned in a reported explosion.

Several ambulances and helicopters with specialist medical teams on board are currently responding to the incident at Manly West Public School.

The incident, reportedly an explosion, happened around 1 p.m. and burned several patients.

There are reports that the incident resulted from a scientific experiment gone awry.

According to 9 News, over a dozen paramedics and five police cars are on site at the school in Balgowlah, with both the CareFlight and Toll helicopters present.
