Kitchen garden: Christmas call leads to garden exploration | The Canberra Times

The grounds are maintained by Charles Sturt University and there is a designated gardener in charge of the Bible Garden, but we spoke to Sarah Stitt, Corporate Services and Events Officer, who is intimately familiar with all the plantings. Some of her favorites include the Madonna lilies, the apricot tree, the special herb bed with dill and yarrow, the peppermint bed, lupins, a bed with four different seeds, the raspberries and the grapevine. The garden is surrounded by a semicircle of olive trees and its beds were overflowing with chamomile, oats, rue and beans last week.
