Footage taken by local real estate agent Ivan Estrada shows debris and flooding in the Studio City neighborhood of Los Angeles on Tuesday morning. According to the National Weather Service (NWS), almost all of California has had rainfall totals between 400 and 600 percent above average values in the last few weeks.
